Tiny Tiger's Ages 4-5
The Tiny Tigers program is for our youngest members. This introductory program is for our 4 & 5 year old students until they are old enough to join the full kids class. |

On Tuesday's and Thursdays we divide the kids class by age to attend to each groups specific needs. |

Parents Class
This class is for the parents of students in our kid's program who cannot make it to the regular adult class.

Beginner Adult Class
The Adult 7pm class is for all ranks to train in the basics of wado karate. This class is for those over the age of 12.

Intermediate/Advanced Adult Class
Adult students that are 4th kyu and up will train on a separate training floor and will focus on the Intermediate and Advanced Wado techniques. 10th kyu (white belts) to 7th kyu (orange belts)are beginners, 6th kyu (green belts)and 5th kyu (purple belts) are novice, 4th kyu (blue belts) to 2nd kyu (2nd level brown belts) are intermediate while all Black Belt grades are Advanced.

Saturday Class
Saturday Class is a fun class for all ages to train together. |

Test Preperation Class
This class will be open to the following people: 1) Scheduled to test 2) In rank greater than 6 months 3) In rank greater than 3 months and have not learned all material required for next rank 4) Invited by an instructor The class will be structured as an open floor / tutorial session to allow current and prospective candidates to have time to practice and be evaluated by a senior instructor. Please take advantage of this class to better prepare for testing and to get additional help to achieve the next rank. |

Black Belt Class
Yudansha only class. This class allows our black belt instructor's to continue their training so they can dig deeper in to karate.

Aikido Class
Aikido is a relatively new martial art synthesized by Morihei Ueshiba, based on his training in many styles of martial arts. Aikido is the martial way of harmonizing with energy (internal and external) to yield a desirable outcome when faced with aggression. It is one of the few martial arts in which the training eventually builds to deal with the threat of multiple attackers; a situation very different from those found in modern competitive martial arts. Aikido is the study of the self, and the study of conflict resolution. In its many forms, and through proper training, fatal damage to an aggressor is negated, and a balance obtained that results in minimal injury to all those who may at times find themselves at the center of conflict. In essence, it is the path of least resistance. |
